He is the founder of Goyal Chambers of Law, which is working under his aegis He did B.SC in Non-Medical. After completing his LL.B degree from Panjab University, did his Masters in Law in Constitutional Law. He has cleared the NCA examination for Canada and has been awarded the Certificate of Qualification by Federation of Law Society of Canada. He is Practicing Advocate since the year 1992 & has vast experience of more than 29 years. Has dealt with thousands of cases in almost all the fields of law, including Civil, Criminal, Revenue, Banking, NRI Matters, Service, SERFASI Act, Land Acquisition. Has been appearing in Supreme Court of India, Punjab & Haryana High Court, NCLT. He has been Additional Advocate General, Punjab from 2012 to 2017.He is Pro-Bono Advocate for Punjab State Legal Service Authority, Punjab, Chandigarh. Appointed as Mediator for Chandigarh Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission,
Chandigarh. Has written various articles of General Importance on various topics of law, which have been published in Law Journals and have been awarded with certificate of excellence.
